Support camera flashlight on Android 2.x too.
(Before supported only Android 1.6. Xperia, etc.)
I received many report that is problems.
I'll check more. And I'll support them.

Add settings for user requests.

• Support camera flashlight.
• You can disable turning off the light by touching the screen.
